Terms of Service

The platform provides a public page on a subdomain, contact tools, Google Maps, logo, AI-assisted marketing, statistics, reviews and related features according to your plan.

It is not a classic website builder: the goal is managing digital presence from a single dashboard.

We reserve the right to modify or add to plan services. We will not reduce the essential paid offering during an already billed period.

7 days to try Prezența Digitală premium features free, with your own subdomain — e.g. andrea.prezenta-digitala.ro. At registration, your page may be public per account settings.

After a paid subscription ends, premium features are reduced. After trial without subscription: basic presence stays at prezenta-digitala.ro/freeplan/…, but your own subdomain (e.g. andrea.prezenta-digitala.ro) is released. Premium features require an active subscription. Free plan limits are documented in your account; data deletion follows the retention policy.

Payments are processed via Stripe. Prices are shown in RON from the platform database.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period unless cancelled in the subscription panel.

You are responsible for texts, images and data published on behalf of your business.

Do not publish illegal, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights.

The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts for availability and security without absolute uptime guarantees.

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
