1. Data controller
The controller is ZOLIUS PAWRADISE SRL (CUI 53025286, Trade Register J2025093516007), based in Oradea, Bihor County, Romania. We do not publish a street address on this site; official public company details are available in the trade register.

2. Data collected
Account: name, email, password (hash), business data entered in the dashboard.
Public page visitors: aggregated statistics, chatbot messages (session ID and IP hash, not raw IP), voluntary reviews.
Payments: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Contract performance (account, subscription, public page), legitimate interest (security), consent where required (e.g. platform newsletter if opted in).
4. Data retention
Visitor chatbot messages and visit events are kept only as long as needed to run the service, then deleted.
After a confirmed presence deletion, public content, chatbot messages, images and social tokens are erased or anonymized. Payment records (Stripe) are retained for accounting.
Account and billing data are kept for the contract duration and per legal obligations. Exact statutory periods are not listed here.
5. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
