Question 1

How does the trial work?

Accepted Answer

7 full trial days, no card. During the trial you get your own address (e.g. andrea.prezenta-digitala.ro). Tap “Plans”, then scroll to “Your digital address”.

Question 2

What do I get on the platform?

Accepted Answer

Your page, where customers find and reach you — maps, reviews, stats and help with copy, all from one panel. Full

Question 3

How long until I have my page?

Accepted Answer

Your first preview usually appears in under 2 minutes: you can share your business name and address — or continue without a company name if you prefer. I prepare the page, services and contact. You answer simple questions — no design or tech skills needed.

Question 4

Do I need a separate website?

Accepted Answer

For everyday digital presence — no. Your page on prezenta-digitala.ro is where clients find you: mobile, three languages, services, contact. If you already have a site, this can be a clear shop window or a complement. Not a full online store — focused on visibility and local clients.

Question 5

How much does a website cost?

Accepted Answer

An agency sells hours — that is why quotes jump. We do not invent amounts. You get 7 trial days, no card; plan prices at launch. The guides have “What a site costs” — no made-up prices.

Question 6

What does it cost after trial?

Accepted Answer

Free, Start, Grow and Pro — the same presence, more complete as you go. The table has three areas (your page, your clients, your growth) and seven core differences. The rest — QR, Google, on-page assistant, catalog, support — is on the details page. Prices are not public yet: we will publish them at launch. You can already create an account; we will notify you when services go live. Full

Question 7

What is my online address?

Accepted Answer

The short address you give clients — e.g. andrea.prezenta-digitala.ro. Easy to say, put on a scan code or business card. Tap “Plans”, then scroll to “Your digital address”.

Question 8

What languages does the page support?

Accepted Answer

The public page: Romanian, Hungarian and English — on every plan. Visitors pick language from the menu or link (/hu, /en). You fill in the copy in the panel; I can help you phrase it.

Your digital presence. Not just a website.
